Administrative Assistant (Marketing) Part-time - Salt Lake City, UT

This position plays an integral role in supporting and carrying out our marketing efforts and assisting our CEO in various strategic initiatives, such as implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing social media and search campaigns, and utilizing marketing analytics to inform effective brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant (Marketing), you will be involved in:

  • Identifying emerging marketing trends and potential opportunities for growth.

  • Developing and creating marketing materials including but not limited to blog posts, white papers, and case studies.

  • Presenting updates and insights about our ongoing campaigns to stakeholders.

  • Providing top-tier administrative support to our marketing and sales teams, facilitating smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for someone who brings a blend of education, experience, and skill, including:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Alternatively, we would consider relevant work experience in administration, sales, and digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Marketing Cloud, Bing Webmaster, Facebook/Instagram Advertising, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT / Bard, Google Marketing Suite, and similar software tools. Moreover, a demonstrated ability to quickly and independently learn new tools and software is essential.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor, able to liaise effectively with all levels of management.

  • Stellar organizational skills, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, take-charge attitude, with the capacity to seize initiative and identify opportunities in every situation.

  • A team player mindset, with proven capability of contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of working experience in Digital Marketing or Outbound Sales or an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Other Related Field

  • 3+ years of dedicated Sales Experience

  • Ability to work in a fast pace, rapidly growing industry and be able to build deep, lasting relationships with clients.

  • Ability to work with a team and independently

  • Active Drivers License

  • Outstanding ability to identify and resolve problems, think creatively and strategically

  • Skilled with Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong Analytical, Organizational and Time Management Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Understanding of the basics of digital marketing products and services, with the ability to work quickly on the computer or mobile device to create and input orders, ensure fulfillment takes place with our marketing team and utilize our HubSpot, our Customer Relationship Management System to track all of our customers contact, marketing and sales information.

  • We also use Slack and Jira to effectively communicate with customers and team members, along with manage projects start to finish.
